We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

Session cookies - This website uses a session cookie while you are on the site to make it work as you would expect. Session cookies are deleted when you leave the website or close your browser.

Analytics - We use “StatCounter” to analyse the use of this website.  StatCounter generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers.  The information generated relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of the website.  StatCounter  will store this information.  StatCounter's privacy policy is available at: http://www.statcounter.com/privacy.html. The Statcounter cookie is called is_unique.

Cookie Policy Bar – The cookie information bar that you see at the top of the page uses a cookie to determine if you have clicked the accept cookies button – the cookie is called: “jsCookieCheck” and lets us know not to show it to you again. This is a direct cookie issued by our website and will stay on your browser for 1 year unless you delete it before then.

Google Analytics - Whilst we do not ourselves use Google Analytics, we do offer some Google gadgets to our customers. Some examples are shown on the Optional Extras page and Google drops some of its Analytics cookies here. These are: _utma- stores the amount of visits (for each visitor), the time of the first visit, the previous visit, and the current visit,
_Utmb, and _Utmc, - are used to check approximately how fast people leave: when a visit starts, and approximately ends (c expires quickly).
_Utmz - records whether the visitor came from a search engine (and if so, the search keyword used), a link, or from no previous page (e.g. a bookmark).

(3) Using your personal data
Personal data submitted on this website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website.

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

We may update this privacy policy from time-to-time by posting a new version on our website. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are happy with any changes.  

We may also notify you of changes to our privacy policy by email.  

(7) Your rights

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you.  Provision of such information may be subject to the payment of a fee (currently fixed at £10.00).

You may instruct us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes by email at any time.  (In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal data for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal data for marketing purposes.)

(8) Third party websites

The website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of third party websites.

Please let us know if the personal information which we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated.
